This video kind of starts out slow so you can feel free to skip ahead. This is a fun and innovative way of making street art. These little things are called LED Throwies which is basically "a lithium battery, a 10mm diffused LED and a rare-earth magnet taped together."
Outlining is pretty cool too.
I love this projection graffiti with a laser point too. This stuff is amazing and a far cry from the usual tags or other crap I see thrown up. Not that more basic street stuff is bad, but this just takes it to a new level.
